Dr. Alexandra DiGrado, PT, DPT, PRPC is a doctor of physical therapy with advanced training and certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation with over ten years experience. Her own labor and delivery experience informed her understanding of pregnancy and postpartum care and inspired her to support birthing people receive more education and physical support in their healing journey. She has been a dedicated partner of the NOLA Transgender Institute, working with patients undergoing gender confirming surgeries and is proud to serve the LGBTQIA+ community. She lives in Boston, MA with her husband and toddler.
