How to Ask for Help
Yes! Just use your HSA/FSA at checkout instead of your credit card. Please note that your card carrier may require proof of medical necessity from your medical provider. While all of our services are eligible, it is up to the carrier to determine if they accept a particular service under their plan. Please contact your card provider prior to booking your appointment. We can also send you an invoice of care provided if that is needed by your carrier.
Regarding insurance, we are working hard to make sure that you can get some insurance assistance with eligible appointments. Stay tuned!
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can use the link in your confirmation email to do so. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you do forfeit the cost of your appointment. This also applies to appointments made and cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
We know as moms ourselves, however, that there are last-minute emergencies that pop up. If you want to reach us about an emergency cancellation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

One, you can choose the availability that’s most convenient and have the specialist selected for you.
Two, you can choose a specialist that resonates with you based on their bio and find an appointment in their calendar that works for you.
