Seroquel is an antipsychotic agent used for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and it’s sometimes used as a secondary agent for depression. 

Data on Seroquel use in pregnancy are mostly reassuring—there doesn’t seem to be an increased risk of birth defects nor any impact on the baby’s brain development. With that in mind, after a discussion with your doctor, it may be reasonable to continue Seroquel while pregnant.
